    • Justin Pulis, 22, of Port Jervis pled guilty in September to a February charge of Retail Theft in Westfall Township and was sentenced to one year of probation and to pay a $400 fine. • Robert Drevenak, 59, of Astoria, NY, pled guilty in September to an April charge of Driving Under the Influence in Lehman Township and was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,000 fine and lose his drivers license for one year. • Eugene Wickers, 45, of Port Jervis pled guilty in September to a June charges involving an accident and involuntary damage to a vehicle or property in Westfall Township and was sentenced to serve three to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $400 fine. • William Van Luvender, 27, of Bushkill, pled guilty in September to a charge of Simple Assault in Lehman Township in May and was sentenced to serve three to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $400 fine. • Robert Courtright, 30, of Dingmans Ferry, pled guilty on Nov. 17 to an August charge of Simple Assault in Delaware Township and was sentenced to serve eight days to to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a fine of $500. • Todd Featherstone, no age given, of Matamoras, pled guilty in September to March charges of forgery, theft, and receiving stolen property in Westfall Township and was sentenced to serve eight months to three years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,500 fine. • Michael Moriggia, no age or address given, pled guilty in August to April charges of possession with intent to manufacture and possession of a controlled substance in Westfall Township, and was sentenced to serve 18 months to 5 years in a state prison and pay a $900 fine.
