    Sentenced on Dec. 22 after an earlier guilty plea was: • Jerril Felton, 29, no address given, for an Aug. 2005 charge of providing a false ID to law enforcment, was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $400 fine. Sentenced on Dec. 29 after earlier guilty plea was: • Russell Lazier, 29, of Middletown, NY, for a May 2005 criminal mischief charge, was sentenced to two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $400 fine. • Michael Romel, 20 of Dingmans Ferry, for June 2005 charges of simple assault and possessing drug paraphrenalia, was sentenced to two years probation and pay a $600 fine. • Luke Bogert, 24, of Ramsey, NJ, for a Jan. 2005 charge of theft by deception, was sentenced to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine. • John Jagger, 19, of Dingmans Ferry, for a May and June 2005 charges of simple assault and receiving stolen property, was sentenced to serve one to 12 monoths in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,000 fine. • Michael Toth, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, for a July 2005 charge of possession of controlled substances, was sentenced to serve five months to one year in the Pike County Jail and pay a $300 fine. • Gregory Sanchez, 33, of New York City, for a July, 2005 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, was sentenced to serve two to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine. • Wanda Shepard, 38, of Bushkill, for welfare fraud between Oct. 2003 and Aug 2004, was sentenced to 12 months probation and pay a $500 fine. • Richard Boutelle, 27, of Tannersville, for an Oct. 2004 charge of DUI, was sentenced to five days to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $2,000 fine and lose his license for a year. Sentenced on January 5 after an earlier guilty plea was: • Mariano Russo, 40, of Dingmans Ferry, for a March 2005 vehicular charges of causing involuntary injury after following too close, was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $525 fine. • Thomas Jagger, 34, of Dingmans Ferry, for a March 2005 charge of criminal mischief, was sentenced to serve two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine. • Edward Fox, 51, of Montague, for making terroristic threats on several occasions in June of 2005, was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, two years probation and pay a $1,000 fine. • Michael Gaito, 22, of Bushkill, for May 2005 charges of DUI and driving while his license was suspended, was sentenced to serve 90 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, lose his license for 18 months and pay a $2,000 fine. • Timothy Halliday, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, for a May, 2005 charge DUI, was sentenced to serve 90 days to two years in the Pike County Jail, lose his license for 18 months and pay a $2,000 fine. • John Gervasi, 23, of Scranton, for a January 2005 burglary charge, was sentenced to serve five to 15 years in state prison and pay a $525 fine. • Thomas Smith, 20, of Milford, for an April 2005 charge of delivery of a controlled substance, was sentenced to serve 10 months to three years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $600 fine. • Jennifer Famillette, 23, of Milford, for a June 2004 charge of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, and DUI, was sentenced to serve three days to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, lose her license for 12 months and pay a $2,000 fine.
