Pike man charged with drugs and alcohol

Narrowsburg, N.Y. — On June 14, Kevin N. Chapin, age 19 of Milford, was stopped by a trooper from state police Narrowsburg, for speeding 65 in a 40 mph zone on state Route 97 in Barryville, N.Y. Upon an interview and subsequent investigation, Chapin was found to possess marijuana and beer. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (221.05 PL) and Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (65-C ABC Law). He was issued an appearance ticket returnable later to the Town of Highland Court.
