Port Jervis City Police Department February 1 Thomas Harvey Dailey Jr., age 39 of Erie Street Port Jervis, N.Y., was arrested on North Street and charged with D.W.I., Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1 and Under Influence of Alcohol, all felony charges. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Melissa Nearing, age 24 of Milford, was arrested on Brown Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Robert Ackerley, age 25 of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Brown Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was processed and held on Police Bail pending arraignment in City Court. Jahmal T. Ellerbee, age 39 of Erie Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. February 2 Laurie Carr, age 41 of Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Open Container, a violation. Michelle Barreras, age 40 of Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Open Container, a violation. February 3 Calvin Snype, age 30 of East Main Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Aggravated Harassment, Criminal Mischief 3 and Assault 2, all felony charges. He was also charged with Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor and Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Chauntele Kinne, age 25 of East Main Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Front Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. February 4 Michael Colon, age 22 of Middletown, N.Y., was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Ashley Marie Rippey, age 19 of Hudson Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged on another Agency Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Jean Chandler, age 22 of Middletown, was arrested in Middletown, on an Active City of Port Jervis Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. February 5 William Lincoln Hill III, age 23 of Branchville, N.J., was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Martha Southard, age 29 of Kingston Avenue, Port Jervis, was arrested on Kingston Avenue and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. She was processed and released pending arraignment in City Court. Michael Vasile, age 34 of Seward Avenue. Port Jervis, was arrested on Seward Avenue. and charged on another Agency Warrant. He was processed and later released to the other agency. He was also issued an appearance ticket to appear in City of Port Jervis Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2. February 6 A 16-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested on Gariss Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Michael Bryant Skellenger, age 22 of Sparrowbush, N.Y. was arrested in Sparrowbush on an Active City of Port Jervis Bench Warrant. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Richard Robinson, age 30 of Franklin Street Port Jervis, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on charges of Open Container, a violation. Justine Ramos, age 19 of Middletown, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Falsely Reporting Incident 3, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. February 7 Nykia Dunniehigh, age 33 of Monticello, N.Y. was arrested in Liberty, N.Y. and charged on an Active City of Port Jervis Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. John Fournier, age 29 of Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on charges of Noise Ordinance, a violation. Christopher Raser, age 21 of Sparrowbush, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3.
