He was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 7, a misdemeanor and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. A 16 year-old Port Jervis male was charged with Menacing 2-Hate and Aggravated Harassment 2 - Hate, both felony charges. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. August 28 Brian Wesley Stevenson, age 31 of Port Jervis, was charged with Harassment 2, a violation. He was also charged with Assault 3, a misdemeanor. August 29 David Hinnrichs, age 45 of Jones Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Suspended Registration. Michelle Davis, age 35 of Front Street Port Jervis, was charged with D.W.I. and Under Influence of Alcohol, both misdemeanors. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Keith Mackerley, age 26 of Hawley, was charged with Criminal Mischief 4, a misdemeanor.
