March 11 Dawn M. Allen, age 34 of Hammond Street Port Jervis, was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Equipment Violation and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. March 12 Dawn M. Allen, age 34 of Port Jervis, was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Other Agency Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Kevin M. Ventrice, age 23 of Highland Lake, N.Y., was arrested on Elizabeth Street and charged with Harassment 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, both violations. He was also charged with Arson 5, a misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief 2, a felony. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Daniel Edward Reilly, age 19 of Spring Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Criminal Contempt 1, a felony. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Robin Whitehead, age 48 of Front Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Drug Paraphernalia 2 and Possession of Stolen Property 5, both misdemeanor. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. March 13 A 16-year-old Port Jervis male was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on 04/02/09 for Noise Ordinance, a violation. March 14 A 16-year-old Port Jervis female was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. A 20-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 7, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Sandra L. Henriquez, age 46 of Ulster Place, Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Lawrence Wimberly III, age 41 of Ryan Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Other Agency Warrant. He was processed and later turned over to the Town of Newburgh (N.Y.)Police. March 15 John Robert Shauer, age 21 of Sparrowbush, N.Y., was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Assault 2 and Robbery 3, both felony charges and Possession of a Weapon, a misdemeanor. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Jeffrey Stretch, age 31 of Blairstown, N.J. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. He was scheduled to appear later in City Court. A 20-year-old Port Jervis female was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Renee Lynn Butler, age 39 of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Dana Anne Coxson, age 32 of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Pennsylvania Avenue and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court.
