She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. David Fortuna, age 43 of Jersey Avenue. Port Jervis, was arrested on jersey Avenue. and charged with Criminal Contempt 2, a misdemeanor. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. February 19 Damaso Lopez, age 34 of Sussex, N.J. was arrested at headquarters on charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Ricky Allen Ackerley, age 23 of Port Jervis, was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Jason Robert Lukawitz, age 23 of Hammond Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident, a misdemeanor.
