Read while you bleed

WESTFALL — On Sept. 8, while you are waiting for you appointment at the 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive, take advantage of the “Read While You Bleed” program offered by the Pike County Public Library. “Read While You Bleed” is a program in which the Pike County Public Library will be offering a selection on popular magazines and newspapers for people to read before and after giving blood. In addition, refreshments will be served at the blood donor site all day long, once again provided by The Pike Chamber of Commerce.
