Reading counts at Dingman Delaware Elementary School

DINGMAN - Students at Dingman Delaware Elementary School who met or exceeded the first quarter goal of either reading 25 books or earning 75 points in the Scholastic Reading Counts program were rewarded with a certificate for a free kid’s meal from Perkins Restaurant. The school PTA also donated a “One for Books” book slip in each child’s name. All “One for Books” proceeds were used to purchase books for the school library with a total of $277 donated. The PTA offered its thanks to all who participated.
