    MILFORD - Defendents who had earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Feb. 23 included: • William DeFebo, 25, of Lackawaxen, for a June, 2005 charge of possessing drug paraphenalia and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension in Greene Township, was sentenced to serve seven days to one year in the Pike County Jail and pay a $300 fine. • Ronald Soobrian, 38, an inmate at Pike County Jail, for an April 2005 charge of aggravated assault in Blooming Grove Township, was sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail and pay a fine of $200. • Anthony Zerilli, 18, of Hawley, for a May, 2005 charge of providing a false report, in Blooming Grove Township, was sentenced to one year of probation and pay a fine of $500. • Barbara Gruloe, 47, of Tafton, for a June, 2005 charge of driving under the influence, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and pay a fine of $1,000. • Christina Peck, 25, of Milford, for May, 2004 charges of passing bad checks in Westfall, was sentenced to six months probation, pay a $200 fine and court costs. • Gary Pavlak, 45, of Hawley, for May and July, 2005 incidents of driving under the influence and stalking in Lackawaxen, was sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,300 fine and court costs. Leonardo Cruz, 31, of Bushkill, for a May, 2005 charge of retaliation against a witness or victim in Lehman Township, was sentenced to serve six months to two years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine and court costs. • James Casella, 48, of Greeley, for a September, 2005 charge of making terroristic threats in Blooming Grove, was sentenced to serve five to 23 and one-half months in the Pike County Jail, and pay a $200 fine and court costs. • Jared Sanborn, 20, of Matamoras, for October, 2005 weapons and drug charges in Delaware Township, was sentenced to serve 12 months to three years in the Pike County Jail, and pay a $1,000 fine and court costs. • Jaredd Pitts, 18, of Bushkill, for a June, 2005 charge of simple assault in Lehman Township, was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, and pay a $400 fine plus court costs. • Anthony Bachetti, 26, of Milford, for a September, 2005 charge of possession of drugs with intent to deliver and attempted escape in Westfall Township, was sentenced to serve 18 months to four years in the Pike County Jail, and pay a $600 fine and court costs. • Timothy O’Hara, no age or address given, for a December, 2004 charge of driving under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, was sentenced to serve 93 days to six months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $2,000 fine plus court costs. • Paul J. Biccum, 37, of Port Jervis, for November 2005 charges of possession of drug paraphenalia and harassment in Westfall Township, was sentenced to serve one to three months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,500 fine and court costs. • Mario Watson, 19, of Bushkill, for a February, 2006 charge of parole violation on a robbery charge in Milford Borough, was remanded to the Pike County Jail for the balance of the six to 24 month term.
