    Milford - On August 31, defendants who had earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • John Basham, 34, of Matamoras, for a Sept., 2005 charge of criminal attempt to commit theft in Matamoras, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Doreen Joseph, 48, of Montague, N.J., for Jan., 2006 charges including Prohibited Acts, in Milford Borough, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve six to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. • Christopher Goduto, 28, of Milford, for a March, 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Milford Borough, was fined $1,500, had his license suspended for a year and was sentenced to serve one to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Cathryn P. Hughes, 19, of Milford, for a Nov., 2005 charge of criminal conspiracy in Lackawaxen, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Lucas Young, 20, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for Aug., 2005 charges of aggravated and simple assault in Dingman and Delaware townships, was fined $1,300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve two months to four years in state prison. • Kenneth Miller, 44, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Nov., 2004 charge of insurance fraud in Dingmans Ferry, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to two years probation.
