Repeat drug dealer sentenced
MILFORD Pike County District Attorney Raymond Tonkin announced that Jason Agresti, age 29, of Henryville, was sentenced to a total of six to 12 years in a state prison followed by another year of jail for a probation violation. On June 25, Agresti admitted to selling cocaine on two separate occasions. On Sept. 16, 2008 at the McDonalds in Blooming Grove Township, Agresti sold 2.4 grams of cocaine for $200. Agresti then sold 8.9 grams of cocaine at the same McDonalds for $600 on Nov. 17, 2008. In 2005 Agresti was sentenced to five years probation for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The new charges were considered a violation of probation. The probation violation added another one to 2 and a half years incarceration, making his total combined sentence seven to 14 and a half years. This case was prosecuted by District Attorney Raymond Tonkin.
