River councilsets dates

NARROWSBURG, N.Y. - The Upper Delaware Council’s three committee meetings will each meet on Tuesday, Dec. 19, at the council office, 211 Bridge Street, in Narrowsburg. There will be no committee meetings on the typical fourth Tuesday of the month due to the holiday schedule. The Operations Committee will begin at 6:30 p.m. and include reports of staff activities, review of financial data, and discussion of old and new business. The Project Review Committee will convene at 7 p.m. and include the Resource Specialist’s monthly discussion items report, Technical Assistance Grants (TAG) program administrative updates, and old and new business. The Water Use/Resource Management Committee will get underway at 7:30 p.m. and include notices of upcoming meetings, and updates on water use and resource management issues with potential impacts on the river valley.
