Rosado Group bringing Broadway to Pike

MILFORD - The glitz, glamour and excitement of Broadway is coming to Milford, and you’re invited. The Pike County Health Fund is proud to announce that The Rosado Group is its Grand Event Sponsor for the fourth annual Gowns & Downs weekend. The Rosado Group is a well-known, family-run business of car dealerships that since 1989 has grown from a single dealership to a 10-dealership group today in Pennsylvania and New York. This is the second year The Rosado Group will be the Grand Event Sponsor for Gowns & Downs. Bill and Deb Rosado are respected throughout Pike County for their generosity and desire to give back to the community that means so much to them. The Rosados have supported the Pike County Health Fund since its inception, and have enjoyed watching the Milford Health & Wellness Center’s programs of diagnostic testing and screenings grow to what they are today. The Rosados credit the nurses, physicians and employees of the Milford Health & Wellness Center for their attention to detail and professionalism. They want to help the Pike County Health Fund to continue to provide the full spectrum of healthcare services currently available to Pike County residents. The fourth annual Gowns and Downs weekend, Broadway Comes to Milford, will include a full slate of exciting and unique events. The “Gowns” event is a black-tie gala featuring champagne, wine and cocktails, a gourmet dinner provided by some of the area’s most renowned chefs and non-stop dancing to the incredible music of CloudNYne. The event will be held at the Riverview Inn in Matamoras, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight, Friday, May 4. Following a live auction - that really is part of the entertainment - Broadway singers will perform, bringing the talent and glamour that defines the Broadway atmosphere to Milford. Sponsors recommend that you follow up the evening with the “Downs” portion of the weekend, a Kentucky Derby Soiree from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at the home of Ed Raarup and Scott Eck in Milford, PA. Come cheer on your favorite horse, participate in games-of-chance and enjoy the Kentucky Derby on a wide screen television. If you’re up for something truly extraordinary, entertaining and exciting, then save the date and join them. All proceeds will go to benefit the Pike County Health Fund.
