Sole proprietors can get chamber dental benefits

    Milford - Dental benefits are now available for sole proprietors through the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. These benefits are available now during a special enrollment period from Nov. 1, until Jan. 1 of next year. The new dental plan has three coverage levels which even includes orthodontics. There is no deductible and no yearly maximum. Coverage is available for as little as $10.70 per month. The new health care benefits option is brought to Pike County Chamber of Commerce members through Chamber Choice. To take advantage of this great new benefit during the open enrollment period applicants must be a current participating sole proprietor in Chamber Choice. Those who do not apply for the dental benefits now will have the option of adding dental coverage at the plan renewal date, Oct. 1, 2007. The Chamber Choice program offers insurance benefits to Pike County Chamber of Commerce members. If you are not currently a chamber member but are interested in taking advantage of this insurance benefit, as well as the many other benefits offered through the chamber, simply call the chamber office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to get a membership application. All chamber members in good standing, both sole proprietorships and small and large businesses, are eligible for Chamber Choice benefits.
