DV Warriors demolish North Pocono

Rain wasn't the only thing pouring on the field in the latest lacrosse game. The Delaware Valley Warriors poured on the points on their way to a decisive win.

Delaware Valley High School defeated North Pocono High School in boys varsity lacrosse on Monday, April 20. The final score was 18 to 1. The game took place at Delaware Valley High School in Milford.

Jed Daniel led Delaware Valley in scoring contributing five goals. Dom Rinaldi scored North Pocono's lone goal.

StatsDelaware Vallley goals: Jed Daniel 5 goals. P.J. Matarazzo contributed 3 goals. Nick Pampalone contributed 2 goals. Several Delaware Valley Warriors contributed a goal: Angelo Matz, Devan Polanis, Sawyer Newman, Rob Hutson, Trevor Martin, Nick Haydu, John Actisdano and Tim Cohen.

Delaware Valley assists: Erik Lindaas, Nick Pampalone, Tadhg Dowd, Ryan Woolley, John Actisdano and Neil Roche.

North Pocono goal: Dom Rinaldi.

Saves: Delaware Valley - Goals keepers Neil Roche made two saves while teammate Bryce Haraldsen also made two saves.

North Pocono – Goal keeper Jason Lamanna made 15 saves.
