Field hockey players honored by coaches association

Pictured are the Delaware Valley High School field hockey players named to the National Academic Squad of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (from left): Eileen Nikles, Leah Yost, Emily Covert, Gabrielle Hoare, and Meghan Kelly. The National Academic Squad program recognizes high school seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of the 2016-17 school year. Seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of 2016-17 have been recognized as Scholars of Distinction.
