Streak ends as Warriors bow

WESTFALL - Last Friday night the Delaware Valley Warriors’ undefeated streak ended when they came up short in their clash with Abington Heights. The hard fought game ended 21-13. Despite soaring school spirit, the visiting Comets were in command all the way - scoring first and holding a lead throughout the game. Coach, Keith Olsommer and team members later expressed their desire for a rematch in the district playoffs, if the rivalry makes it there. The Warriors take on Wallenpaupack this Friday at 7 p.m. amid Homecoming, where a 2006 King and Queen will be crowned at halftime.
