Students' math honors add up

WESTFALL - Seventeen Mathematics students from Delaware Valley High School recently competed in the Marywood Math Contest. The contest is conducted annually by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of Mathematics. In the Level II exam for juniors and seniors, Jasper Schneider earned a second place and received a $50 award and Skyler Schneider placed fourth and received $30. In the Level I exam for freshmen and sophomores, Meg Palermo and Katie Hart tied for the highest score among the students competing from Delaware Valley.
