Task force nabs four on trafficking- one for weapons
MILFORD The Pike County Drug Task Force has arrested four men for distributing drugs, and another for unlawful weapons possession, Pike County District Attorney, Ray Tonkin announced Wednesday. Thomas Nuttall, 35, of Lakeville, has been charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, all felonies. Nuttall was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jay Rose and remanded to the Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of $40,000 bail. Patrick Lovelace, 19, of Matamoras, has been charged with Delivery of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance, Sale of a Non-Controlled Substance, and Theft by Unlawful Taking. Lovelace was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Deborah Fisher and remanded to the Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail. Michael Lebron, 20, of Milford, has been charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Conspiracy and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. Lebron was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Deborah Fisher and remanded to the Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail. Todd Lovelace, 45, of Matamoras, has been charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Lovelace was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Deborah Fisher and remanded to the Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of $150,000 bail. Charles Coffman, 53, of Milford, has been charged with 18 counts of Persons not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms. Coffman was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Deborah Fisher and remanded to the Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail. Tonkin thanked the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Port Jervis Police Department for their assistance in the arrests. Tonkin also thanked the numerous individuals who responded to a previous request for information on the whereabouts of Charles Coffman. Tonkin added “without the information provided by numerous people, Coffman would not have been located so quickly.” Anyone with information on drug trafficking in Pike County can call the DA’s Office at 570-296-3482 and ask for the Detective Bureau.
