Tractor Jon sponsors ‘hole-in-one' tourney prize

HAWLEY — The United Way of Pike County has scheduled the 4th Annual Golf Classic to take place at 8 a.m. on Monday June 21 at Woodloch Springs Country Club. Jon Fritz, also known as Tractor Jon of Krempasky Equipment in Honesdale, has partnered with the United Way to offer a New Holland tractor as a “Hole-in-one” prize for the tournament. The tractor is a rugged big blue New Holland machine and will be the prize for the first tournament golfer to hit a hole-in-one on a designated hole. The tournament fundraiser will start at 8 a.m. and the cost is $100 which includes continental breakfast, golf, putting contest, hole-in-one contests, lunch and a 50/50 raffle and awards.
