Traffic: It's only been talk in Milford for ‘way too long'

Putting aside two years of procrastination, the Milford Borough Council on Monday created a traffic study committee to move the issue along. Council President Matthew Osterberg said the borough has a $10,000 grant in hand and more money is available. The borough did not agree with a PennDOT study, which called for additional lights, and which could push more traffic into residential streets. “We have been talking about a traffic study way too long ... We need some professional help before we start making one-way streets and putting up traffic lights,” he said. (Photo by David Hulse)
