UPDATE: Pike County road closures

DUNMORE -- As of 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday PennDOT reported the following conditions, including roads closed and roads which had been closed and have now been reopened. These are marked "NOW OPEN." Route 209 is closed in both directions between Second Street and SR 209 due to flooding. Anticipated opening, August 29 at noon. NOW OPEN Route 402 (PA 402) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Silver Lake RD in Porter to Exit I-84 East Milford due to flooding over bridge. NOW OPEN Route 434 (PA-434) North is closed between the intersection of Twin Lakes Rd in Shohola to the intersection of Glen Dr/ Chauncey Thomas Rd in Shohola due to utility lines on trees. Anticipated reopening, August 30, 3 p.m. NOW OPEN Route 434 is closed in both directions between SR 6 in Blooming Grove and Greeley Lake Road in Lackawaxen due to a downed tree. Anticipated reopening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 590 (PA-590) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Urban Rd in Lackawaxen to the intersection of Urban Rd in Lackawaxen due to flooding. Anticipated opening, August 31 at 3 p.m. Route 739 (PA 739) is closed in both direction at the beginning of PA-739 to the intersection of Silver Lake Rd in Delaware. The road is closed due to the road leads into New Jersey and it is closed at the border of New Jersey. Anticipated reopening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 739 (PA-739) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Village Center Rd in Blooming Grove to the intersection of Private Road in Blooming Grove due to down trees and utilities. Anticipated opening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 1013 (Cummins Hill Rd) is closed between the intersection of 6 (US-006) Constitution Ave in Westfall to the intersection of Cummins Hill Rd in Westfall due to downed utilities. NOW OPEN Route 1014 (Masthope Rd/Masthope Plank Rd) is closed in both directions between the intersection of West Colang Rd in Lackawaxen to the intersection of St Vincent Point Rd in Lackawaxen due to flooding. Anticipated opening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 1015 (Old Milford Rd/C Ave/ Mountain Ave.) is closed in both direction between the intersection of Fifth St in Matamoras to the intersection of Third St in Matamoras due to down power lines. Anticipated opening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 1015 (Old Milford Road) is closed in both directions between Mountain Avenue in Westfall and Tenth Street Matamoras. Anticipated reopening is August 31, 3 p.m. Route 1017 (Delaware Dr/ Bluestone BL) is closed in both directions between the intersection of LA BARR Lane in Westfall to the intersection of River Rd in Westfall due to down trees. Anticipated opening, August 30 at 3:00 p.m. NOW OPEN Route 1017 (Delaware Dr/ Bluestone BL) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Route 6 in Matamoras to the intersection of Jay Court in Westfall due to down tress/utilities. Anticipated reopening, September 6, 3 p.m. Route 1017 (Delaware Drive/Bluestone) is closed in both directions between Interstate 6 in Matamoras and Pond Drive in Westfall due to flooding. Anticipated reopening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 2001(Bushkill Falls Rd) is closed in both directions between the intersections of Route 739 to the intersections of Seventh St in Milford due to flooding. Bridge has to be closed. Bridge water up to beams. NOW OPEN Route 2001 (Bushkill Falls Rd/ SR 2001 SH/ Milford Rd/ Mill St) South is closed between the intersection of Silver Lake Rd in Delaware to the intersection of Wilson Hill Rd in Delaware due to closed utility lines. Estimated reopening time is 9:00 p.m. Extended closure. NOW OPEN Route 2001 (Bushkill Falls Road) is closed in both directions between Log Tavern Road and Cliff Park Road in Dingman. Anticipated reopening is September 6, 2011. NOW OPEN Route 2004 (Silver Lake Rd) is closed in both directions between the intersections of Brookside Rd in Delaware to the intersection of Doolan Rd in Delaware due to flooding. Anticipated reopening is August 29 at noon. NOW OPEN Route 2004 (Silver Lake Rd) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Doolan Rd in Delaware to the intersection of 739 (PA-739)-SR 0739 SH in Delaware due to flooding. NOW OPEN Route 4003 (Welcome Lake RD) is closed in both direction between the intersection of 590 (PA-590)-SR 0590 SH in Lackawaxen to Intersection of Masthope Plank Rd in Lackawaxen. Anticipated opening, August 31, 3 p.m. Route 4004 (Gumbletown Road) is closed in both directions between Egypt Road and SR 402 in Blooming Grove due to flooding. NOW OPEN Route 4006 is closed in both directions between the intersection of SR 590 and Hotel Road in Lackawaxen due to flooding. Anticipated opening, August 29 at noon. NOW OPEN Rest Area 61 and 62, I-84 east and west, Promised Land, Pike County are closed due to a power outage.
