Utility opens new Milford office

Pike County Light & Power opened a new customer service office in Milford at 311 Broad St. Milford Mayor Merritt Quinn, Milford Township Supervisors Chair Don Quick, Pike County Commissioner Harry Forbes and Matamoras Mayor Richard Gassman joined CEO John McMahon and other company officials cutting the grand-opening ribbon. PCP&L has been serving the Milford area for over 80 years, but the new office was opened as a result of a settlement agreement because of complaints by Pike County about the company’s service.
