Whimsical March has arrived once again

March arrived with a lamb-like disposition as pictured in the March 1 photo looking east on West Harford Street, but unfortunately Thursday arrived and brought four to six inches of snow, sleet and treacherous roads. With 10 days remaining until the official arrival of spring, the National Weather Service is promising temperatures in the 50’s over the weekend with a chance of Sunday showers.
