Caridi and Osterberg offer accomplished leadership

Pike County has been anything but stagnant during the leadership of Rich Caridi and Matt Osterberg. The whole county has experienced tremendous growth over the past four years. Caridi and Osterberg spearheaded the efforts to bring large scale employers like All Fresh Farms, EconoPak, and Kahr Arms to the area to provide good, local jobs.

Economic development has never been better in Pike County, but that's not all Rich and Matt have done. They are also at the forefront of fighting two of the most crucial public health issues facing the county: drug addiction and tick-borne illnesses. They have organized community events and programs designed to attack these issues head on. They've also worked to bring affordable senior housing to Pike County — the groundbreaking ceremony last week represented a major accomplishment years in the making.

Don't fall for buzzwords and empty rhetoric. I've seen letters to the editor on behalf of other candidates that talk about "new beginnings" and "fresh starts" but don't mention one single policy idea.

Vote for experienced, accomplished leadership. Matt and Rich understand the needs of Pike County and they are working hard every day to serve all residents.
