To the Editor:
Recently someone actually requested "an apology" from Republicans for nominating Donald Trump! The utter hypocrisy of Democrats to reference a "moral compass" is beyond ludicrous.
Recently, the North Carolina Republican headquarters was fire bombed; assaults on innocent supporters of Trump are commonplace; Hillary Clinton's list of egregious criminal violations is virtually endless. In a recent national poll, 70 percent of Democrats said they would vote for Clinton even if she was a convicted felon — and we need a "moral compass?"
Hillary has had many years in office and she has accomplished nothing that didn't directly involve her gaining power. She certainly must be the most corrupt person to ever run, and all we hear these days is incredulous, and suspiciously "timely" hearsay about groping?! An APOLOGY?! "We the people" are sick and tired of business as usual, and it appears that there is a not so quiet storm brewing among the "deplorable" folks who make up much of the fabric of this country.
