Join Hands of Hope for candlelight vigil

Pike County Hands of Hope is a Christ-centered organization helping people of all denominations dedicated to providing compassion and hope to the homeless and near homeless families and individuals by meeting their basic and urgent need of food, clothing and shelter.
Pike County Hands of Hope would like to invite you to attend our 4th annual homeless memorial candlelight vigil on Wednesday, Dec. 21, at 6 p.m. Our goal is to eradicate the issue of homelessness in Pike County. This community awareness event is a vital component to our overall campaign.
The candlelight vigil will be held on the steps of the Milford Court House, Harford Street, and we estimate the duration of this event to be approximately 45 minutes. We also want to invite you to our community dinner immediately following, at the First Presbyterian Church.
Last year's community awareness outreach was a great success as we saw the community gather together in an effort to end the plight of homelessness in Pike County.
