Police should ask where doctored and defaced Clinton/Kaine sign came from
To the Editor:
The mention of stolen Clinton/Kaine signs in last week's paper was correct but should not have been buried on the inside pages. The Pike County Republicans also complained about losing signs and went to the level of registering a legal complaint with the police.
I have not noticed a lack of Trump support signs along Pike County highways. The Clinton/Kaine signs have been virtually erased from the county.
But what bothers me the most is the fact that the Republican Party in this county complains about signs being removed, when less then one-half mile from their headquarters is a Trump supporter sign using and defacing what can be assumed a stolen Clinton/Kaine sign on a "Lock her up" sign. Guess they didn't notice that.
Maybe the township police should question the person who set up that sign where he acquired the Clinton/Kaine sign.
