Women veterans are all around you

Dear Community:
Believe it or not there are female veterans in our community. I am one of them.

Just looking at us you wouldn't know it, but we are your teachers, waitresses, baristas, and many more aspects of people's lives. If we tell you that we are a veteran, don't look at us like we have two heads or say, "Really?" We have done something that only 1.4 percent out of all the American females have done.

We wrote a blank check to this country. So when we say that we are a veteran, just shake our hand and say thank you. It means more then you know.
