Yoga, history and a backstage pass
The Columns Museum is the new home to the Milford Farmer's Market. You can get your fair share of jams and jellies, fresh produce, honey and a plethora of other items provided by the some 20 vendors that appear at the Market each Sunday from 10-2. The market also has live music performed by various artists each Sunday, who play on the front porch of the Museum, overlooking the Market.
For those of you who are interested in history, you can visit the Museum from 12-3, or take a Community Yoga class in the Lincoln Room from 11-12 each week. The Museum has reserved seating on the porch for Museum guests and supporters, which offers a "backstage" atmosphere and a break from the sun. Most weeks the Columns offers refreshments on the porch and look for local "ghost tour" provider Tim Kelly to begin offering short, informative historical walking tours beginning in July.
When you put it all together it makes for a nice way to spend a few hours on the "north" side of Milford!
