MILFORD — Ten years ago, a group of local artists and craftspersons banded together and decided to form their own cooperative gallery. That gallery, The Artery, now celebrates it’s tenth successful year in Milford with a special anniversary event on Saturday, July 18. All are welcome to join the current members and past alumni for an early-evening of food, socializing and, of course, fantastic art and crafts by the Artery’s current members. The Artery anniversary party also coincides with the annual Pike County Arts and Crafts event at Borough Hall and the Milford Secret Garden tour earlier in the day, so be sure to drop by as you’re strolling the beautiful streets of our town. Please feel free to stop by and meet the artists, view their work, and enjoy some great food during the anniversary celebration on Saturday, July 18, between 4-8 p.m. If you can’t make it for the party, the gallery will still be open during our regular business hours. The Artery is located in historic Forest Hall at the corner of Broad and Harford Streets in Milford, Pa., and is a proud participant in the Art After Dark program.
