Blues Fest on tap at this weekend at Bushkill

BUSHKILL — The Lehman Township Board of Supervisors is sponsoring the fourth Annual Bushkill Blues Fest this Sunday, Aug. 3, at 1 p.m. at Lehman Park. The park is located on Winona Falls Road off US Route 209 several miles behind the Fernwood Resort in Bushkill. The free concert starts at 1 p.m. Proceeds of the concession operation go to Bushkill Outreach, a non-profit food pantry and relief organization that operates locally. The best areal musicians appear at the festival. This year, the bands are: Teddy Young and the Aces, the Randy Lippincott Band and HP and his Hot Take Out Band. They perform everything from traditional country blues to electric blues and Zydeco/American roots music.
