CALIDORE STRING QUARTET to perform at Milford Theatre

The Calidore String Quartet will play the music of Mozart, Bach and Mendelssohn starting at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Milford Theatre, located at 114 East Catherine St. in Milford. “Today’s classical music world is heavily populated with young string quartets and it’s a rare occasion when one turns heads as convincingly as the Calidore Quartet," said David Finckel, co-director of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. "This dynamic and intelligent ensemble has already demonstrated skill and maturity beyond their collective years, and they show seemingly endless potential." Tickets are $20 or $15 in advance.
