Members of the Friends of the Hawley Library are pictured with some of the crafts collected for the group’s booth at Hawley’s arts and crafts fair on Sept. 13. Included in the picture are Merry Maher Brown, Rhea Stein, Adista Wightman, and Pat Spruce. Already donated are note cards, jewelry, doll clothes, doilies, scarves and other knitted items. More donations are needed. The Friends of the Hawley Library raises money to support the library. In the past year the group has helped with the purchase of computers and furniture through books sales and membership dues. Sign up on the bulletin board in the library or contact Adista 570-775 0833 if you can help.
