Dinner to help Pocono Wildlife Rehab and Education Center

STROUDSBURG — A fundraising dinner will be held Thursday, April 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. to help the Pocono Wildlife Rehab and Education Center attain its permanent home.
The dinner will be held at Sarah Street Bar & Grill, 550 Quaker Aly in Stroudsburg.
Dinner buffet includes Filet Mignon tips in a mushroom sauce, Shrimp and Asparagus Scampi over rice pilaf, Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Sauce, veggies, salad and brownie cake ala mode.
Raffles, silent auction and more will also be offered. Tickets must be pre-purchased. Tickets are $40 per person. Send a check or money order to PWRC, 1161 Cherry Drive, Stroudsburg PA 18360.
