Ducks will go this Saturday

MATAMORAS — The Matamoras-Westfall Keystone Club has rescheduled their “Ducks Down The Delaware River” fund raiser. The event originally scheduled for July 4th, is rescheduled for 10AM, Saturday the 18th. The Matamoras firefighters are going to release sponsored plastic ducks at West End beach in Port Jervis, Sponsors of the first three ducks to arrive at the Matamoras-Port Jervis bridge will win cash prizes. Last weekend firemen decided the river was not stable enough to recover the ducks. Sponsor tickets are still available. Contact Jane Drake at 570-491-4202 for information.
