DuoScope duo listen to each other on their way to instant composition

Duoscope is a saxophone/drum duo project that features musicians interacting and listening to each other’s ideas and phrases to craft an instant composition. They also perform songs listeners may recognize. While Eric Person on reeds and Bob Meyer on drums aim to carve their own path as musicians, masters of the jazz art form continue to inspire their music, particularly saxophonist John Coltrane and drummer Elvin Jones, Charlie Parker and Max Roach. They also point out that they have both performed with legendary musicians.
