Farm market returns to Cooperage

| 10 Jan 2017 | 01:26

— The Main Street Farmers’ Market has returned to the Cooperage Project.
Held every other Saturday, the market offers Wayne County grown produce, fresh bread, eggs, meat, locally roasted coffee, and reflexology. The folks from Canaltown will also be cooking up farm-to-table eats in the Market Cafe.
The next market will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Cooperage, 1030 Main St., Honesdale.
The Romping Radishes, a healthy living class for kids, will also take place upstairs beginning at 11 a.m. This month’s topic is yoga and a "Very Hungry Caterpillar." Kids grades K-2 will get to enjoy yoga, a healthy snack and a craft. Families are encouraged to play and learn along with their children, and then stick around to browse the market.
