Father's Day Strawberry Pancake Breakfast

    Make sure you, Dad and the whole family come hungry. The Neversink Valley Area Museum’s Volunteers will be serving eggs, sausages, coffee, tea and juice plus all the strawberry pancakes or French toast you can eat from 8 a.m. until noon. The pancakes will be chock-full of fresh strawberries and the French toast will be topped with fresh-made strawberry compote. Bargain hunters will have a terrific time going through the many items available at the Flea Market under the pavilion. There’s always something new, so it’s always worth a look. Chicken & biscuits at Good Shepherd The Good Shepherd & St. John’s Episcopal Church at the corner of 5th and Catharine Streets in Milford will be serving an old fashioned chicken & biscuit dinner o-n Saturday, June 28, The dinner will include: Diced chicken in gravy served o-n a homemade biscuit, mashed potatoes, vegetable, cole slaw and cranberry sauce. Assorted pies will be served for dessert. The cost for the dinner is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students over 10, $5 for children ages 4 to 10 and children under 4 are free. Seconds will be offered and take-outs will be available.
