Free holiday programs at the library
Milford Celebrate the season at the Pike County Public Library. Holiday programs will be offered for children, teens and adults in December. All programs are free and open to the public. Adults are invited be creative while decorating glass ornaments. This program will be offered at the Milford Branch of the Library on Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 6 to 7 p.m., and at the Dingman Township Branch on Wednesday, Dec. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. Participants will each be provided with several ornaments and a variety of decorating materials. There will be a Teen Holiday Party on Friday, Dec. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Milford Branch. Teens 12 years and up are invited to come for snacks, games and holiday activities. There will be a gift exchange; each teen is asked to bring one $5 gift suitable for a girl or boy. A Children’s Holiday Party will be held at the Milford Branch on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to noon, and at the Dingman Township Branch on the same day from 2 to 4 p.m. Adults are invited to stay with their child during the party.
