STROUDSBURG - Popular Pocono Mountains watercolor impressionist Will Daskal, a member of ArtSPACE Gallery, will be conducting a free watercolor demonstration of his impressionistic painting techniques at the gallery on Sunday, Dec. 3, from noon until 4 p.m. Known for his bold strokes and rich, vibrant use of color, Daskal will unveil many of his easy-to-follow watercolor techniques, making the art of watercolor painting an exciting and affordable method of creating fine art. Daskal’s paintings are regularly on display in the lobby of the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, changing monthly throughout the year. He is a member-artist at the ArtSPACE Gallery, where his work is always on display, along with his fellow co-op artists. In addition, Daskal belongs to the Monroe County Arts Council, the Pocono Arts Council, the Pocono Mountain Arts Council, and the Pocono Mountains Art Group, appearing regularly in all the area arts shows throughout the year. Stop by the gallery to watch Daskal paint, learn his techniques, talk about creating fine art and peruse the many smaller, more easily affordable, pieces of fine art, jewelry, pottery, Giclee prints, note cards, etc. available there for holiday gift-giving. The ArtSPACE Gallery is located at 18 North 7th Street, just off Main Street in Stroudsburg. For more information, call 570-476-4460 or visit the Web site at www.artspacegallery.net..
