‘Heartsongs'

    PORT JERVIS, N.Y. — “Heartsongs” is an evening of poetry and wisdom by Mattie Stepanek, and is presented by the Presby Players/The American Readers Theatre. Mattie was one of Jerry Lewis Kids and wrote five best-selling books of poetry before his death at the age of 13. This production was first performed at the National Arts Club in New York City. This production was conceived and directed by Jeffrey Stocker and will be performed by the Children of the American Readers Theatre Dramatic Reading Workshop. Performances are Friday, Apr. 24, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday Apr. 25 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Apr. 26 at 3 p.m. Tickets are available at the door, priced at $10 and $5 for children under 12 years of age.
