Heritage Assoc. co-sponsors Black Bear Envirofest' at Grey Towers

MILFORD For the second consecutive year, the Grey Towers Heritage Association has partnered with the Black Bear Film Festival to co-sponsor Envirofest, a day of free environmentally-focused films, dialogues and information booths on the grounds of Grey Towers National Historic Site, in Milford. Envirofest is slated for Sunday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in three Grey Towers’ venues: The Pool Terrace, The Letter Box and The Bait Box. “Envirofest offers our community a wonderful opportunity to visit the Grey Towers’ mansion and tour the scenic grounds while catching an excellent selection of independent films,” says Heritage Association President Barbara Buchanan. “We are grateful for the continuing support of the Grey Towers Heritage Association and delighted to see Envirofest growing each year,” adds Black Bear Executive Director Nancy Pitcher. Envirofest is coordinated by Heron’s Eye Communications, a 2008 recipient of the PA Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence. In addition to Grey Towers Heritage Association’s co-sponsorship, this year’s Envirofest received support from Clemleddy Construction: Built for Your Life. No reservations or tickets are needed for the free Envirofest. For more information visit www.blackbearfilm.com or call 570-409-0909.
