Historic house tour this weekend

The Friends of the Wayne County Public Library will be holding their third Historic House Tour in Honesdale, Pa. on Saturday, June 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is a self-paced walking tour of the first floors of 9 Victorian houses starting from the library at 1406 N. Main Street, Honesdale. The pictured John D. Weston House at 1411 N. Main Street, which will be on the Historic House tour, is owned by Rudolf and Karen DeSio. A classic Queen Anne Victorian built in 1886, it features extensive interior woodwork. Tickets are $20 available at the library in advance or on the day of the tour. For more info - 570-253-4032.
