Iraqi relief exhibit

Wounded Souls - a terracotta piece is one of the works to be shown at an upcoming exhibit at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Rock Tavern, N.Y. The society is sponsoring a show of the work of Iraqi artist, Najim H. Chechen of Otisville, as a benefit for Chechen’s remaining family in Iraq. The exhibition runs from March 12 through April 30, with an opening reception scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on March 12. The meeting house is located at 9 Vance Lane in Rock Tavern, about 2.5 miles west of Stewart Aiport off state Route 207. For directions, call 917-613-3489. (Contributed photo)
