Junebug” Is Cineart feature for October

CALLICOON - The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance and the Callicoon Theater will present “Junebug” as the October CineArt feature between Oct. 19-23. Screenings will be held Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 19 and 20 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, at 2 and 9:45 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 23 at 2 p.m. “Junebug” is an effecting film that sheds light both on the always-surprising nature of in-laws, and the unique culture of the South. “Junebug” was included in the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s and Museum of Modern Art’s New Directors/New Films festival. It was the Closing Night Selection of the Critics’ Week section of the 2005 Cannes Film Festival.
