Kindred Spirits host pianist

MILFORD On Saturday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m., romantic period music specialist, Justin Kolb, will perform at St. Patrick’s Church Hall in Milford. The Kindred Spirits Arts Program engaged the popular concert pianist to complete a three day artist residency. In addition to performing a solo piano recital Kolb will collaborate with students and faculty at Delaware Valley High School and The Wallenpaupack School District. Gordon Pauling of Delaware Valley and Eric Warner of Wallenpaupack are hosting Kolb at their respective schools. “These guys are high energy, professional musicians and great with kids,” says Kolb. “We are going to have a productive two days together working with their students.” Tickets to the performance are $20, children under 12 are $10. He has also appeared as soloist at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC, Lincoln Center and Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City, and Chicago’s Orchestra Hall.
