Local photographer wins Best in Show prize

MILFORD — Norma Bernstock was awarded the $1,000 Patrick Claus Award at the Annual Skylands Juried Art Exhibit for her photograph titled, “Conflicted.” The exhibit is sponsored by the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council in Newton, N.J. Bernstock, a resident of Milford, is a member of the Highlands Photographic Guild, a gallery located on Broad Street in Milford.
