STROUDSBURG - Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder, and on Saturday, Nov. 4, Stroudsburg’s ArtSpace Gallery will be host to some of the most beautiful and varied fine art that area residents and visitors alike will have an opportunity to behold this year. Though the last leaves of autumnal splendor may have fallen and the cool fall breezes have already begun to blow, the November fine art exhibition at the ArtSpace Gallery may just be the cure for whatever ails you. Once a year, ArtSpace Gallery, in conjunction with Pocono Arts Council, showcases the incredible local artistic talent that abounds here in the Pocono Mountains region by holding the annual ArtSpace Gallery Member’s Fine Art Show. On Nov. 4, from 6 to 9 p.m., during the gala opening and artists’ reception, all gallery visitors guests will have an opportunity to feast their eyes on breathtaking new works gilding the walls, while sipping fine wine and enjoying a coterie of light refreshments. View the creative genius of resident artists: Irene Bartz’ dynamic landscapes and floral oil paintings, Jean Benfante’s expressionistic dreamscape visions, Will Daskal’s colorfully impressionistic landscapes and seascapes, Doug Gilbert’s mesmerizing abstract surreal works, Jim Hannan’s sparkling landscapes, still life and seascape oil paintings, Don Manza’s creative abstract photography, Lorena Masferrer’s vibrant still life paintings, Lenore Mills’ dynamic Batik originals, Richard Spezzano’s vivid abstracts and perceptual photography, and Greg Waltzer’s organic abstract watercolors and photography. ArtSpace members will be on-hand personally for the gala opening to meet with guests and visitors and to discuss their work and their unique artistic techniques. The ArtSpace Gallery is located at 18 North 7th Street, just off Main Street in Stroudsburg and this exhibit will run from November 4-26. As always, there is free street parking available after 6 p.m. For further information on the show, or the ARTSPACE Gallery, call 570-476-4460 or visit their website at www.artspacegallery.net .
